    9) Listen!!!!!!!!!!
    10 Be brief.

    1. It was a great reminder about the importance of truly connecting with the person we are talking to. I heard someone say once: people may never remember what you say, but they will always remember how you made them feel. I thought about this statement when I was watching this video.   2. Wow this is beautiful. I tried to listen to her intently. I tried doing what she said many years ago and sometimes tends to forget it. I absoulutely agree with all the she’ve said and it is so good to listen to this things again. I am reminded once more to listen with the intent to understand not to reply which I often did.
